A new strategy, technical progress, structural changes (e.g. following acquisitions) or new bureaucratic ideas from Brussels - in everyday business life, there are a number of temporary challenges that need to be solved by means of projects. Reorganization and restructuring
The financial area is central and critical to the success of any restructuring. Last but not least, it provides the necessary transparency regarding the initial situation and the restructuring measures, contributes the core elements to the restructuring plan and provides the tools to monitor and control the implementation of the restructuring. It prepares the financial reporting that is so important for creditors and is also the interface to banks and other external financing partners. For this purpose, the right instruments must be implemented promptly - usually under stress and time pressure - in addition to the day-to-day business.
